Spent an amazing Xmas at a luxurious hotel surrounded by hills with a great spa. Loved the delicious food and the superb pool. the staff was welcoming and accommodating which really contributed to the relaxing and cheerful holiday we had. It was great to find out we could easily reach the shopping center and Afyon with the transportation arranged by the hotel.

Some noise disturbance from a loud party in a nearby room took place for a moment but was quickly addressed by the hotel staff. the only downside was the lack of air conditioning to cool down the room, despite it being quite warm outside.

Our stay at this Hotel was very disappointing. Unfriendly reception staff, filthy bathrooms, no working a/c in the Room. The Food was below average. All in all we had a terrible Night there.

The food is good and the common areas of the hotel are in good shape. The infrastructure for children is also very good.

The air conditioning in my room didn't work. I call maintenance they said they fixed and it continued not working. Besides that, just one person (in the.reception) spoke english.

This hotel had an amazing Spa & wellness centre that exceeded all expectations. the indoor swimming pool was divine, and the sauna was well, equipped and very clean. They provided exceptional live entertainment every night that was perfect for relaxation. the hydrotherapy massage was one of a kind and certainly very therapeutic, with signature treatments to choose from. the Spa lounge was serene, and the beauty treatment was tailored to my needs.

We really enjoyed our stay here! The hotel facilities were excellent, including the spa treatments and pools. The hotel's garden setting was picturesque and provided a peaceful atmosphere away from the city. We also appreciated the easy access to transportation to nearby locations.

All was good.

My second stay, still my favorite. Lovely ambiance, luxurious without being ostentatious. Spacious lobby, traditional costumes. Immaculately kept gardens, gorgeous hill views. Genuine and welcoming staff. Excellent treatments, massage, manicure, haircut. Superb pool area, great facilities for ladies. Wonderful room with comfortable bed. Delicious meals with excellent view.

Nothing that I didn't like.

The hotel is nestled in a peaceful garden setting, providing a serene atmosphere. the rooms were spacious, comfortable, and well-equipped, while the service was friendly. the breakfast buffet had a diverse and delicious selection. the view of the hills was breathtaking. the thermal spa and pool were fantastic facilities to relax in during our stay. Taking the dolmus to the nearby Afyum shopping centre was quick and convenient.

The sound insulation between the rooms was not great.

This hotel exceeded my expectations! The room was clean, big and with all necessary amenities. I was impressed by the spa's hot thermal water and various treatments. the big restaurant offered a huge selection of delicious food.

The pool water was a bit cold for me, and I found some delay with the room cleaning. However, the hotel's location, surrounded by beautiful hills, made up for it.
